Dummies guide to registering for managed payments on Ebay

I am a private seller.  I sell a lot for charity so didn't want to just stop selling.
I got ebay message (same experience from email or 'My messages' version) that says huge amount of words about new payment system, and then a "Get Started" button.  I must update my account details by April 30th 2021.
Clicking Get Started button takes me to  https://www.ebay.co.uk/mes/dlp
I don't know what to do there, very little to see, nothing obvious to click, but there's a "learn more" button that takes me to https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/selling/managed-payments
I don't know what to do there, not very obvious, but half way down the page on left is a REGISTER NOW section which includes a hot link "Register now"
I click on that and it takes me back to https://www.ebay.co.uk/mes/dlp
in other words, I'm going round in circles.
I tried watching youtube videos but their examples seem to have completely different pages & links.   LIke this lady at 13'55" on vid below, after she finallhy stops waffling & tries to register... she gets completely different screen options from me.  She doesn't go in circles.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thanks in advance.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epe05rj2TY4

Oh dear, 26 views & no one has any comments.  Either I'm more idiot than I thought or... I dunno.  What happens if I don't register for the new system?   I am trying live Ebay chat now.  Wish me luck.

The problem is as I am already on managed payment your first link takes me to a page that says 'you are registered for managed payments and we will contact you .....' , I cannot replicate the message you get from that link to assist. 

EDIT, I just realised that one of my private accounts hasn't switched yet so I tried the link from that ebay account and I get the message 'We’re not yet ready for you to update your account details. We’ll send you an email and a notification in My eBay when you can get set up.

It’s now simpler to get paid on eBay

Getting paid has changed: Fees and expenses will be deducted before you get paid out and the remainder of your earnings will go directly to your bank account, not your PayPal account.

Learn more ' which also doesn't help really !

Generally though there were issues for the first wave of people being switched across last year, but very few reports of continuing issues- but that is not to say that ebay doesn't have a localised glitch affecting you.

I got this message a few weeks ago to my personal account but haven't done anything with it. When I click on it I get:



Then clicking on update your details takes you to https://onboardweb.ebay.co.uk/onboard and it starts the process.

Thanks for replies, I ended up getting referred to eBay internal tech who will message me.  Ebay Chat didn't disagree that I was going in circles. These are my circles.... these 2 pages lead to each other & not elsewhere.  "Learn More" -> "Register Now" -> "Learn More"...   I will update if I ever get a resolution I understand.  thx.

I updated mine today and, as you say, it isn't that easy to find. 

What I ended up doing was going into Sell an Item and on the next screen there was a link to the section for updating the payment method. Once in there it was a quick process.

I super appreciate additional reply.  I am not even sure which 'Sell an Item' link that is, but anyway, on both laptop & phone, going to 'List an item' doesn't give me any useful links.... All this is nothing compared to the grief I'm getting trying to set up the paypal account for the charity... but that might only be useful for a few weeks and then I'll get to repeat all this pahlava to set up charity to receive payments from arkane or whatever the new system is called.  Fun and Games.  Fun and Games.
