So from all the comments above , I guess you can see that it really is not an easy option.It could work out very well for you but equally it could be a terrible mistake
You have to weigh up the risk.1 -
i think from everyones comments - and thanks, its a massive help - my best option is to sell, and then rent somewhere for year or two finding somewhere I want to be. At least I can make the move when i decide without trying to wait for it to be sold etc... I'm not buying a flat again!1
