Parcel Shipping Scam

I paid ParcelHero (a "broker") £31 for a delivery, made sure the measurement was correct and put the weight as being more than it actually was to be on the safe side.
One week later they tell me I owe £124 for an overweight parcel based on "volumetric weight".
In their T&Cs small print they require you to take several photos of your parcel with a ruler against it.
All they provide as a backup calculation is a blanked out document with a few numbers and a UPS logo on it.
I will probably have to pay up in the end.
Clearly they have done this before. I advise everyone to go direct to a reputable company and, whoever you use, take the photos that they specify!
