Bathroom installation.

We had our bathroom refurbished and installed late september last year. Since that point we have had to get the plumbers to return as we had 2 leaks. This past couple of weeks I have notice another new leak coming from the shower and what now looks like one coming from the sink or toilet.
When we had the work done, they provided me with a costing and 2 year work guarantee. I have emailed the plumber at the beginning of this week, with information and pictures and had no reply. I had trouble the last time getting an answer and I'm pretty sure he either blocked my phone or ignored the call. Hence why I have resorted to email, plus it is good to have written records. We had an issue before he started the work with him saying he had called me and left a voicemail, which i never received and had no record of his call on my phone either.
My next step is to call him and see if I can get an answer. He then has a complaints procedure, but he is the owner of the business so I can't imagine it will rush him to do anything.
My question is, where do I stand with the guarantee? I have tried researching but information about warranties comes up and nothing much on a guarantee. I would hate to have to pay somebody else to do the work, what could cost hundreds, when he should fix the problems for free. He was recommended by b&q and has had only good reviews from what I can see online. I have been polite with him, but the problem seems to be getting worse and I feel like he is ignoring me.
During the work he would answer my emails the day or night of. Now he doesn't check them for days on end? Can anybody help please?
