I think my google account may have been hacked. I use roboform to store pass words, when I try to access mt pass word it takes me to an app. I am trying to reboot my tablet and it keeps rejecting my email address. Help. I am not a computer wizard.... at a loss to know what to do.

If you've lost access, then reset your Google password - see here for how to do that: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6294825
Make sure you remove any devices associated with your account that you don't recognise, and sign yourself out of all active sessions. I'd also recommend changing your passwords for everything stored on roboform, including the master password, just in case.
Also look into setting up 2 factor authentication (2FA) on every online service you use that supports it, if you haven't already:
