So you've been off sick since before Summer Hols 2020? Definitely check your contract

What "contract type" is that?
If not already, get your Union directly involved in sorting this with your employer.

on my contract it talks about my holiday entitlement being incorporated into my annualised hours? 
no idea what this means but the union rep is going to look into it as I've been off since last march and not had any hols as been too unwell (apart from the small factor of lockdown) to take them even if i could

yes off since march 2020, something do do with annualised hours whatever that means on my contract
