Acknowledgement from Probate office.

I sent my application off to the probate office on 8th Feb. Should I have received an acknowledgement by now?

Did you use some form of tracked/signed for delivery and if so, does that confirm that the application has been received?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

I sent mine as next day tracked tracked delivery so I know it was delivered then. 7 days after posting I received emailed acknowledgement of receipt, & 3 minutes later I got another saying my application was approved!Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0

19 Nov & the received email 7 days later said "we can take up to 8 weeks to process your application" & gave a number to contact them for an update if I had not heard after that period 0300 303 0648.
Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -

I applied for probate online and sent off documents on 16 Feb. The documents were received on 17 Feb, but I’ve not heard back from them yet.

Just to add a datapoint: Applied online 17th Feb, docs sent 17th Feb, docs arrived Harlow 18th Feb (via tracked post), no acknowledgement of receipt yet. A follow-up to this thread. Any recent (Feb/March) experience with online probate applications?
It's now 21 days since my supporting documents were delivered to the probate office. No acknowledgement of receipt of documents (which was just the original will). Today I received a (presumably automated) email reminding me to send my documents in... anyone in a similar situation?0
