Used my country park parking permit for the first time yesterday - doggo and I allowed ourselves to get lost and wander without worrying about the parking charges (£3.50 for an hour), so £60 for the year well spent. In the garden I started putting in the lawn edging, - really pleased with that. And DD rescued some old garden chairs and table to make her own little social spot for when her friends are allowed round again.Later it's food shopping for the week, then DD wants to go and spend some birthday money on aquarium plants - she's really getting on board with all things green and growing - great to have a hobby in common.2014 starting mortgage £165,0002015 second charge £20,000 - Jan 2021 paid off in fullCurrent outstanding balance - £115,8564

I've decided our regular OP is enough for now (although once a month is BORING!), so extras will be put aside to go into the S&S ISA, DH is happy for me to manage most of the finances on the understanding I 'keep' him when he retires!
