And in Nectar News, I'm now up to £36.61 saved thanks to 650 bonus points on things that were on my list to buy anyway, and 10 points for being screened out of every survey I tried yesterday!

I wouldn't mind but one was about dog food and I thought I'd almost finished it! As for the luxury good ones - "have you ever spent stupid money on a belt?" - Obviously not, I'm on MSE.

I think that with the luxury goods ones too! Do you think I'd be doing this survey for 15p if I regularly spend >£100 on face cream??? 🙄

NW have recalculated my monthly payment, and it has come down by a whopping £44 per month  and becasue I want to keep the payment the same for now, that means the regular overpayment is now £444 per month.

Been doing surveys in the hour between getting up to feed the cat and starting work - 90 nectar points today  and 240 yesterday, then the first Populuslive survey in ages, so £3 closer to cashing out there. It's silly that compared to my equivalent hourly rate, surveys are miniscule, but I get a real buzz out of those tiny rewards!

Just thought I'd say hi, I'm following along now too! We're a one income household (I do freelance hours but it's inconsistent so we just count it as bonus savings, not household budget). It takes some getting used to, but you'll adjust faster than you think. 😊

Thanks Ami-Rose, in some ways I'm looking forward to having a 'house husband' - I can hear from downstairs he's already set the robot vacuum (aka vaccy) without me mentioning it, so progress (and it's the mud from my wellies).
