the cpu bites as well as the graphics card, i would get something like a used amd64 mobo cpu bundle off ebay, you can keep the ddr memory and get a pci-e card which will be cheaper than agp.0

there's a site based in Germany called mindfactory.de who ship to other EU countries that will sell you an X850XT agp for 50£. fast card for little money.
