Can somebody clear something up for me .If you put on furlough scheme as it stands you are not to work for your employer while scheme is running ,and if they ask you to you shouldn’t and in your rights do refuse. I ask this as they ask me to work. Is there another furlough called Flexi furlough that allows employers to bring staff in to work although I thought that one finished and it was just furlough now .

If there's work to be done why would you refuse ? A sure way of heading for the exit door. The scheme is designed to save jobs not pay people to stay at home to do nothing.0

I have found answers to my questions on https://www.nelsonslaw.co.uk/employees-furloughed/
Have read most of it and to say companies are not to bring people back while on furlough and work for them but can do on the Flexible furlough scheme and need to be put on that .I have been working for my employer whilst on furlough I just wanted to clarify the rules.0 -
Just because you're fruloughed it doesn't mean your employer can't ask you to return to work. If you do return then you should be paid 100% of your wages. You can of course refuse to return but don't expect any pay if you do this. I'm sur ethere will be plenty of people that would happily take your job. As has been said, you can't expect to stay home forever..
