I have been looking for the correct driver to install, can anyone help me please with the download and how to get it working correctly?
Thank you

If you go to the following link, it will auto detect the laptop and provide the correct drivers:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/laptops
Alternatively this link seems to be the direct one for the Bluetooth drivers:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-mini-210-1100-pc-series/4151684/swItemId/ob-83279-2

If it had it but the driver was not installed you would still see it in device manager but it would have a yellow triangle next to it.1

Though it's quite likely the single core N450.which even with an SSD is only good for Windows 7 Starter or similar.1 -
