Transfer Option Question

Hi all, I'm currently considering  moving my stocks and shares ISA from Fidelity (Cavendish) to Vanguard.  Having done a fair bit of reading I'm pretty sure of the fund I would like invest in, however I had a quick question I'm struggling to get my head around and wondered if anyone could share their thoughts?

I'd like to be invested in 100% equity. Am I right in saying the major difference between 'Vanguard LifeStrategy 100' and 'VANGUARD FTSE GLOBAL ALL CAP INDEX' is the geographical allocation? I'm leaning toward the later due to the UK bias in the former. Is that assumption correct?

My reading suggests that there isn't any fee or penalty for switching either... Does that seem accurat?

Thanks in advance!
