I have the Loyalty Regular saver 2023 and it doesn’t say anything about it being an ISA#660

I spoke to two YBS advisors today - first one CBA and merely said that he 'can't control what the app says, just don't add any money' - the second one said that transferred in ISA money from another provider can be added. I'm not sure that it's made clear.
