Does anyone know if there are procedures or guidelines my landlord (housing association) are obliged to follow.
They have informed me the flat I live in the whole block is to be demolished. They rang today with a letter to follow.
The plus side is they have said they’ll work with me to rehouse me.

I'd wait for the letter in order to have more information. The procedures may be detailed in the letter or a link given to their website with the relevant information.
