Possible Scam

I received a phone call from a company called Corporate Finance Solutions Inc re some ARM shares
which I sold before a takeover by a Japanese Co. about 5 years ago, suggesting that
the deal could have been fraudulent and between the lines hinting I might be in
for a payout. They subsequently sent the
attached e mail followed by another phone call. I’m guessing it’s a scam but noticed
another takeover of ARM by an American Co last year and wondered if that was
connected.

Looks dodgy to me but, first things first, you might wish to do a better job of redacting your scans, it's quite straightforward to see your name through the partial masking, and your completely unmasked home phone number....2

If you sold your shares and received the funds then you aren't due anything anyway.1

A cold call to help with an investment you have already sold.
Appealing to a persons greed.
An Email and a follow up call.
A non- disclosure agreement, so you do not talk or tell anyone about it.
A domain less than 6 months old.

All classic hallmarks of a scam. I believe your " guessing it’s a scam" is correct.

Definite scam.

Also a cursory look at their website which is full of broken English and bizarre inflated claims is enough to tell you to run a milepoppy102
