is land tax payable when selling my home?

Am selling my property and using a conveyancers firm, through my estate agent, who sent me an estimate bill that includes 10K land tax.
To the best of my knowledge there is some sort of tax relief and I shouldn't be paying tax on the sale of my place as it is my main home that I live in, its not inherited, buy to let or business property. Is this correct?
I am in Berkshire.
