Company won’t honour their product guarantee

Hi,
Could anyone advice what are my options regarding the company based in EU that would not honour their 5 year guarantee on a faulty product, please. The website has the UK domain but the company’s address is in Austria. The purchase was made online in 2017 and the company ignores any communication attempt.

The UK domain is a red herring. You'll need to explore your legal options in Austria. I don't believe we can resort to the EU Consumer Centre any longer,3

I just found out they have customer service address in London. Not sure if there is any difference though.0

Which company is it?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I am not sure if this is still relevant, but around 5 years ago I filed a claim against a German retailer who would not refund (.co.uk domain). The advice I was given back then was that if the company are advertising to the UK, but based in Germany, then your UK rights are the same. I am not sure if anything has changed since then. However I filed a claim with Barclaycard based on this (even though it was via Amazon Pay) and was refunded. I am not sure if anything has happened since 2015 and Consumer Rights Act to change this.
Irrespective of this, did you pay via credit card? Apparently you should still be protected if so:
