Running 2 Ipods On Same Computer

Daughter is having Ipod for xmas, I already have one, is there an easy way to run 2 ipods ( both apple ) on itunes.
I have about 50 albums on itunes, if she loads her rubbish onto itunes does it mean checking and unchecking tracks each time we synchronise.
Or is there an easy way, can you have 2 itune librabries on same computer?

It's dead easy and automatic, iTunes will recognise them separately, you can name them, have different play lists and settings on each. Nothing to worry about :)
