Balance Transfer Lloyds Bank

I did a balance Transfer with Lloyds Banks from my Debenhams Store Card which had a outstanding debt of £920.71 so I decided to move it to Lloyds Plantinum Purchase and Balance Transfer card with 0% interest for 20 months and 4.5% fee and after the balance Transfer was complete it showed that I decided to balance Transfer of £920 not £920.71 so as I didn’t pay it in full will that charge me interest on the £920? (Debenhams Store Card 35% Interest I think)

Roughly, yes. You'll be charged daily interest on the debt if it wasn't cleared in full by the payment due date.0

Yes - even with a few pennies not cleared - the interest will be charged. Have you paid the additional 71p? How many days late are you?0
