I need the render taken off my semi detached house then want it rerended and painted been quoted £39,000?

Re render, base coat without mesh £20 sq mtr
Base coat with mesh add £8 mtr
Beads and trims fitted £400
Through colour render to base £70 mtrs
Is your house more that 130 sq mtrs and does it actually need a compete re-do?1
