Hi just wondering if anyone has a spare few mins to just tell me where to go from here .......
So I got a ticket from Armtrac in sennen cove harbour for basically a fluttering ticket although I originally didnt know I had a ticket as i entered the side of my vehicle (van) to make some dinner and threw some stuff in the front to get it out the way. about an hour later when I went to leave the car park I noticed I had a pcn on the window... so at the time (regretably) I appealled the ticket thinking that because I bought a ticket it wouldnt really be an issue and it would just get cancelled but obviously this didn't happen and amtrac were still saying I owe them £100 (which I believe is absolutley criminal) I put a good amount of effort in appealing it to Armtrac and included plenty of photos a map and every reason I could think of at the time to get off it ......which they rejected their reply included a few poor photos and a pretty badly worded list of reasons why. (I can send these both on if needs be)
They then sent me the option to appeal to the IPC which I didnt do as I read it was just "kangaroo court" and they would likley reject my claim and I figured it would be harder to win if they actually took me to court which i was skeptical if they actually would.
Fast forward from that and now I have recieved a LOC from BW legal saying i need to make a response by the 23/3/21 or they will take me to court, included is paperwork about my earnings and some tick boxes about about the debt I owe etc.
My questions are whats the go from here?
Should I reply to this letter telling them I dispute it or ignore it and wait till I actually receive something official from county court ?
Are they likley to actually take me to court ?
Is there anything I can still do at this stage to stop it going any further?
If I were to be taken to court and lost how much would I realistically stand to lose? (more out of interest than anything else)
like I say I am happy to go to court over it as I've gone this far that I'm not backing down, however I'd just really like to win obviously.
I have tried to do my homework and read similar cases on this site and others but I find it's a bit information overload for me, also I have found it quite rare that anyone reports if it actually went to court and if they won or lost. I am not asking anyone to do it all for me or anything like that however I work long hours and honestly don't have a whole lot of free time i'm really just after some streamlined information of what I need to do next (if anything) and in what order basically. I'm sure this has been discussed plenty of times on here but I feel I just need a point in the right direction even if its just a link or a few bullet points I would be eternally grateful.

The second post of the NEWBIES thread tells you exactly how to react upon receipt of a Letter of Claim.Deathonastick said:Fast forward from that and now I have recieved a LOC from BW legal saying i need to make a response by the 23/3/21 or they will take me to court, included is paperwork about my earnings and some tick boxes about about the debt I owe etc.

It will go to court unless you can get a landowner cancelation.
If you lost it would cost between £175 to £200. If you won you might get up to £95.
There is a complete guide to court written by bargepole in the second post of the NEWBIES. Let that be your guide through all of this.
Get pics of the site and signage if possible, or look on Google Streetview to see if the entrance or site itself is shown.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Is there anything I can still do at this stage to stop it going any further? No, except a landowner complaint. Why do people think that defending a claim costs anything more than the scammers are demanding, when in fact it costs less and almost no-one loses here?
Search and read any Armtrac cases. That's all you need to do...they are all the same...it's all been said, all been done before, all here for you to read. They will get a shock with the new statutory Code and framework, given that fluttering ticket cases were shown to be likely to have to be cancelled on appeal, as per the public consultation on the new Act.
Currently, this is Armtrac's main money source, by deliberately supplying flimsy tickets. That'll be noticed as a pattern.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
