"Sold" as in "not yet actually sold"? Or "sold" as in "completed your sale"? If the former then you're normally expected to tell your buyers about any planning neighbour notifications you've received. Talk to your solicitor.
  • I imagine you need to tell the buyer, although, have they done their searches yet? If not, it should come up.
If you need to tell them, perhaps speak to the neighbour first and find out as much info as you can- being able to reassure your buyer where you can will be helpful.
  • We have told the buyer today, we also received a letter from a party wall surveyor offering services.
  • Haven’t exchanged yet.

    Ambulance chasers.

Have a little read up on how it affects your property first or do you already know?   Are you attached to them?   How do their plans relate to your house?
