Faulty caravan

I have purchased a caravan within 3 weeks it has leaked and caused damage dealer not interested

    Why is the dealer not interested?
    DId you not get any warranty and was the van serviced  - there should be a damp report.
    More information on the leaks required as in new or old and serious damage to wallboards etc.

    I mastic gun and rivet gun in the shed. plus sash clamps g clamps etc. used to build lorry bodies and caravans.

    It's the shed that's leaking.

    ??? any more details..surely if its a "dealer" then you should have a basic warranty???

    There's a place not far from me that's a dealer in used caravans.
    Their stock ranges from £15k to a couple of hundred quid.
    A neighbour bought a couple of their cheapies for use as garden sheds (don't ask!). They were every bit what you'd expect for that price... Windows and seams taped up, and a smell as if something's died inside.

    What kind of warranty would you expect with those, beyond "it was still attached when it arrived"?

    Personally I find a caravanning holiday gives you a sense of freedom you just dont get on other holidays
