OP,  Sorry. More misleading UP info, monthly and annual amounts in the above screen shots include VAT at 5%,  exit fees from screen shots are ex VAT, so attract VAT at 20%.

An additional £12. 

Suggest you Google "Utility Point MSE" and run for the hills.

Ps. Don't  switch from UP to Neon.   :'(

If my memory serves me correct after a switch out is started UP automatically offer alternative Tariff with exit fees waived.
