How to find night rate on Elster AS300P smart meter? Help!

Hi there,
Can anyone help?
We moved into our new house in Oct 2020 and have discovered that we have a dual rate smart meter installed by Scottish Power. We have recently moved from Scottish Power to Bulb but need to ensure the Scottish Power final bills are correct. They have asked us to provide day (R1) and night (R2) meter readings. We've tried every guide and video on the internet to get these from our Elster AS300P but can't seem to get a night (R2) reading.
On Dec 30th, we know that the day rate reading (R1) was 4817.8 and the cumulative reading was 5686.2 - is it just a case of subtracting the two from one another to get the night rate reading? Or should there be a separate reading known as R2?
Apologies if this is a stupid question but it's the first time that we've had a smart meter and info on this particular problem seems limited.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Vicky

The subtraction method should give you the answer, assuming the meter has always been set up for two rates. I should be able to tell you which button to press, as a retired meter reader, but it is amazing how quickly you forget! Just keep trying each button in turn (which is what we used to do because we rarely got specific instructions for new meter types) until you find what you are looking for. I'm reasonably certain it is either the top or middle button. You may need to try several times on each button to cycle through all the options.
