Hi,
I am currently in process of buying my second property (that's going to be buy to let) from my understanding, because property is below 500,000 threshold I am going to pay nothing, but 3% surcharge on a second property.
However, what is going to happen after 31st March? Is government going back to old threshold, rates ?
Has somebody found official info. on thresholds ? Property is below 125,000 anyway, so even after 31st I should pay 0% + 3% surcharge, so nothing should change.
According to this calculator https://www.kisbridgingloans.co.uk/stamp-duty-calculator/ and other info. that I've found, but I cannot find any other official info.
Thanks for a help !

Yes you are right. Official info available here:
https://www.gov.uk/stamp-duty-land-tax/residential-property-rates
There is a budget between now and the end of March, so things could change. But unlikely to change to something that would mean you would have to pay on a sub £125k property.2 -

But like you've said it's unlikely that it will drop below 125,000.0
