Question about Council parking tickets

Hello,
I have a number of council parking tickets. I am not going to make excuses but received them during a period that I was very unwell. I am currently paying £10 a month to Marstons. However the car, at the time, was registered to a Limited Company which has now dissolved. The paperwork is addressed to Mr "Limited Company Name" obviously all the address details on warrant information is incorrect (I updated V5 after moving - late). It is my understanding the warrant information needs to be in the correct address, in the correct name and lasts a year?
Thank you in advance.
