Barclays Valuation to Offer Timeframe

Hello. Wondering if anyone is in the same boat here but one year later? We applied via Barclays today. The hard search and 2 soft searches were all done this morning and the valuation was booked for tomorrow. It’s an in-person valuation. Hoping it all goes smoothly and that we get approved. 

Wondered if anyone has more up to date experiences?

We are also waiting to get mortgage approved by Barclays. Application was submitted on 4th February via broker but the surveying company have been slack so we've had to keep pushing them to arrange the survey which is tomorrow at 11am. It is a new build property so I'm hoping there won't be any issues. I'm not sure if the valuation survey tomorrow is the final stage before approval or if they then need to check our application and credit etc?

Hello, we are waiting for out mortgage to get approved, anyone have any ideas of timelines?

We are really anxious this time round, as we initially had a mortgage approved and ready to go with Nationwide.
Our seller gazumped an extra 15K, a week before exchange of contracts, and when we attempted to amend the mortgage amount with Nationwide they refused to revalue the property, so we had to go back to square 1 with a new application. 

Anyone know how long it takes from survey to offer?
