Parking eye refusing to give point of sale receipt

Hi All,
I say refusing but the more accurate description is " not answering my request"
I work at a hospital that uses Parking Eye as it's faceless monster to "maintain" it's car parks. As much as it irks me, I pay, I claim my expenses back from my employer and our company claims this back from the trust. (So they don't gain anything at all)
One of the machines last week put out a receipt but didn't print any info on the paper. So unless I show my bank statement to my employer, I'm out of pocket the cost of the parking. I've contacted Parking Eye through Resolver s website as many will know, the phone number is dedicated to claims payments and there is no email address for customer services questions.
So far they have confirmed that there is no outstanding balance on the registration plate of the vehicle and that the money pay has been received, but no sign of a point of sale receipt.
I found on this on GOV.UK which does say it's against the law to not give me a receipt to claim vat back but how can I possibly enforce it on this company?!

Does anyone have any advice on how to pursue this or is it dead in the water already? I refuse to use there good2go app (I've only been online banking for the last 5 years!)
Cheers
