Expiry of Paper Love to Shop Vouchers

I wasn't suggesting it was anybody's fault. My point is that where you've had, say, two years to spend a voucher, you're in a different legal position from somebody who has paid in advance for something which has been completely unavailable over the relevant date(s).Manxman_in_exile said:davidmcn said:...and just about every retailer has been open at some point during the period of validity of the vouchers.
I think it's a bit unreasonable to suggest it's their own fault that they may not be able to use them before expiry.MarkN88 said:Everywhere was back open for quite a few months last year at some point, you had a chance to spend them.1 -
I don't think it fair to expect L2S to be responsible for retailers being open.... It would be fair to ask them to convert paper vouchers to an new electronic card (as Money_grabber135479 says) and then this can be spent online (but in far fewer places). I have both - the last £10 paper one is in my wallet ready to be spent at Rymans next time I walk past one.ThePeopleDirector said:Love to Shop can’t fulfil their end of the bargain by having shops open to spend the vouchers inI need to think of something new here...0
