Confused.com rewards

I'm trying to claim my reward for buying an insurance policy from confused.com, my address is displayed when I click "Find Address".
Ive cleared cookies on Chrome and have tweeted Confused.com on twitter to see what they can suggest.
Anyone had a similar issue, how did you solve it ?

ETA I gave them a call and they sorted it out for me.

For months and months the Confused.com claim rewards button has been broken. It says I need to log in and yet I already am. I wonder if this is a convenient way for them to pay out less rewards.

It looks like IMO car wash offer withdrawn? Didn't give it as an option when i was looking today
