Home Insurance while waiting for Probate

My father has passed away, leaving his house to me and my sister, who are also joint executors to his Will.  His home and contents insurance are both up for renewal but the current insurers are unable to provide cover because Probate is not yet settled.  My problem is that anyone offering cover while waiting for Probate are expecting the house to be unoccupied, which it isn't.  My father had two "lodgers" living in his house with him, but in an unofficial capacity, ie people that he knew, who kept an eye on his wellbeing and helped him out in return for their rooms, so no Agreements etc.  In the current circumstances (pandemic etc), we are allowing them to continue to live in the house, until Probate is granted and we decide what our plans for the house are.  Can anyone recommend a company that would offer this type of insurance.  Google isn't being very helpful.  Thank you.
