Reached credit limit on 0% card, what now?

Hi I've reached the credit limit on my 0% credit card, they have refused to up my spend limit, despite a good credit score. the 0% deal is still valid for another 6 months.  I need more credit/purchases at 0% so wondering what my best options are? thanks!

Apply for a 0% purchases card.

But your good credit score is of no use when applying for credit. Maxing out existing credit lines puts you into the higher risk segments and there's no benefit to your existing lender in giving endless 0% offers to you.

Without stating the obvious - is there a particular reason you need the extra credit? Is there a particular emergency you're dealing with? Or is this for day to day spend? What was your original plan to reduce the debt to zero before your interest free period ended? (Once it does - and the interest starts accruing - have you worked out what it'll cost you?)

Often in life we cannot have all that we want but have to manage that which we have.

If it is a purchase card with just 6 months left I would be applying for another purchase card from someone else.

The alternative is to apply for a 0% no fee balance transfer card and transfer the balance from your first card to that and then run your original card up again, but with just 6 months left to go, is it even worth it?

As others have said, I hope you have a justifiable reason for wanting to run up credit so fast.
