I didn't take the item, it went back and I bought it from an English seller.
I have had nothing to do with UPS, they turned up at the door asked for £50, I said no they took it away and sent it back to Thomann, funny enough. End of story......until today and a letter shows up. UPS asking for £4.28. The money is nothing but why should I pay UPS when I never entered into any contract with them?0 -
Update, I called UPS, get 30mins hold and they said sorry and have taken the charge off, happy days.0
