Do home emergency premiums increase on call out?

I have home insurance and an add on Home emergency cover, both by Admiral. I noticed a couple of leaks under my bath tub (hot water inlet and waste pipe). I am thinking whether to get a plumber in or arrange for a call out via Home emergency cover. If I go via the home emergency cover, will it increase the premium of the home emergency cover on renewal?

You would only normally be able to use home emergency if it is that, an emergency. On the basis that you are able to post on here and await replies I'd suggest it isn't and think it's pretty likely the insurer would feel the same as well.
In answer to your question though, no you would not expect them to increase, although your actual home insurance premium may.0 -
Admiral cover does seem to be purely for emergencies such as major leaks and similar, although there's no harm in contacting them to see if you are covered for the problems you have.
