Android version of live photos?

It's probably the only thing from the iPhone I really miss.
I was looking at an android version and Google said go to the gear icon in camera and choose motion stills or whatever it was called.
Its not there on my phone. Samsung Galaxy S10.
Another Google search said an app motion stills by Google. Not sure if I'm looking at the right one but the one I see on Play Store is rated 3.4 off 8k reviews. Pretty poor.
Is there an app that gives a good alternative to apples live photos? Even if it has to replace the standard camera app altogether?
