My tumble dryer is part of a product recall. I have been offered 4 options. A new dryer at no additional cost, a new upgrade costing £99, a refund of £100 or a engineer to modify my current dryer and they will give me a £50 voucher. I would like the first option but they are out of stock and not sure when they will get new stock in. Am I able to request another model at no additional cost?

You can request it, they are not obliged to say yes.

Ask them is the only way you will know. Give them a call tomorrow. Hope it works out for you.

So you want option 2 for free then? Out of the four option given,  you want option 5.

Ask and see if they are in a good mood or not.

If they won't give you a free upgrade try asking if they will upgrade for £50.
