I received a text straight away, confirming my MR request.poppy12345 said:Before Covid chances of success at MR stage was around 17%, that increased quite a lot during the first few months of the pandemic but now it's slowly dropping back to where it was before Covid. All you can do is wait for the decision. Although, i would always advise people to put their MR request in writing rather than over the phone. This way you have proof that it was requested and put in more detail where and why you think you should have scored those points. It's always a good idea to also add a couple of recent real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.If the decision remains the same at MR stage then it'[s Tribunal.
I will draft a letter, good idea, it might help later.

You will find that information here:shiwen55 said:Thank you all.
I'm fully aware of how scoring works and based on information I had from CAB, Turn2Us etc, I should have been given more points which I wasn't. When I did MR on the phone, I did explain to the agent why I should get more points, knowing the scoring criteria.
My question was about success rate of MR.

Note that Citizens Advice state that "The best way to apply for a reconsideration is to use the CRMR1 mandatory reconsideration request form on GOV.UK, or write a letter to the DWP explaining why you disagree with the decision. You can call the DWP to ask for a reconsideration, but it’s better to have everything in writing. If you decide to call, make sure you follow up with a letter. The contact details will be on the decision letter from DWP."

I have heard recently of the DWP caving in shortly before a Tribunal. Still a long wait though.1

It has been known but it's still rare. Waiting times for hearings have reduced considerabely since the start of the pandemic. Waiting times were as long as 1 year but in a lot of areas that has decreased to 13-14 weeks which is a huge reduction. Face to face hearings have been replaced by telephone hearings for the majority of cases and only the most extreme cases are face to face.
