Solar panel fit payments

I think para 10 explains why your repayments were reduced, and the settlement takes into account the loss of FITs. However, I am no solicitor and you need independent advice. As I said before, I would start with Citizens Advice as they must have filing cabinets full of paperwork on the subject.

Will call ofgem tomorrow to see who owns my fit payments
Thanks everybody for your advice0 -
The following document advises you what you need to do to discover who owns your FIT licence:northy1927 said:Will call ofgem tomorrow to see who owns my fit payments

But your bills would have been reduced, albeit not by the amount you were expecting / were told. The very fact is that the panels were on the roof and generating upwards of 20kWh on a mid-summer day. Obviously you’d struggle to use all of this but had you been aware then you’d maximise the usage by doing household chores when the sun was shining (hoovering, tumble drying, washing, disk washing etc)northy1927 said:I was away somebody else was claiming the fit helms I thought but was missold this as it did not reduce my Bill's

Actively doing none of these things would still result in many hours of base load being covered by the panels.( it seems impossible to quote and remove the images, new text just gets added to the original quote, I tried twice, so apologies for including the images)0 -
Rather than open another thread, I wondered if anyone had seen an increase in their FITs payment recently. I haven't, but I would have thought with the current increase in energy costs, that FITs payments would have increased to match the respective energy increases. Is it something that Martin and his team could perhaps be investigating....?0

FIT payments are tied to RPI not energy prices. They went up by 7.5% on 1sr April.Living the dream in the Austrian Alps.0

You signed a FIT contract which includes an increase based on RPI. There is nothing to investigate.Upwind said:Rather than open another thread, I wondered if anyone had seen an increase in their FITs payment recently.
