Mid Terraced New Roof Quote

Looking to replace roof and get guttering repaired on a 1901 2 bed mid terrace (West Midlands). Contacted 9 roofers, only 3 have turned up, this the middle quote (others were £5300 and £8150)

Quotation for new roof and gutters

·        Scaffold will be required to front and rear of property for the duration of work.

·        Strip and remove ridge tiles, lead work to both chimneys, tiles, laff batons and gutters to both front and rear of property.

·        Clean and prep roof rafters and eve courses

·        Install a vent free high performance breathable felt system to property roof.

·        28 mil x 35 mil treated laff batons will be fixed into place.

·        Maintenance free bonding boards will be installed to bond both yours and next doors roof together.

·        A modern pan tile will be installed (samples will be provided as discussed)

·        Roof will be sealed off using a maintenance free dry ridge system.

·        12inch code 4 lead flashings around both chimneys will be installed.

·        Individual dry verge caps will cap apexs off leaving a maintenance free gable end.

·        Black half round gutter, gutter fittings and down pipes will be installed.

·        All rubbish removed from site.

·        25year guarantee
