Ebay Account Suspended

Hi All,
My Ebay account was suspended due to a fee not being paid. However, I spoke to three Managers on this fee who all agreed to wipe it as it had been charged incorrectly. However, the fee remains and the account is suspended. When I contact Ebay they now advise that the fee must be paid and hang up on me. Is there a way to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

I suspect the only way to resolve this is to pay the fees, CS reps often tell you daft things to get you off the phone , they may not have had the authority to remove fees.Cptralls said:Hi All,

I would also suggest you do it sooner rather than later, there is a chance if it is left too long that they will make the closure permanent.Incidentally , in what way where the fees wrong, can we help on here ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. For 1 item? How much was it? Seriously easier to pay than fight, particularly in these times.Cptralls said:

It's only £2.99 but the fact that Ebay said they would resolve the issue annoys me a little.0

Seriously? How much was your time valued at when speaking to three managers? £1 a time?Cptralls said:It's only £2.99 but the fact that Ebay said they would resolve the issue annoys me a little.
Don't pay. Or pay.
But don't moan.1
