I have needed to go on for a zoom meeting on 3 occasions. There have always been problems with video and sound. Because I've hardly used it and not wanting to delay others I've never got to grips with it. Any suggestions for a way to learn, pay or free. Obviously, zoom is very useful.
I have a Windows 10 laptop.

Also try a test meeting to make sure your video and audio work correctly - https://zoom.us/test
If you're going to use it a lot then I'd advise getting a pair of earphones/headphones rather than using your computer's speakers that way you'll eliminate issues with dodgy sound and feedback.3 -

If its possible a wired connection to the router from the laptop would be better for video, a lot of the "problems" are caused by wireless capabilities/interference.

Having got going I felt I wanted to post further thanks for the valuable link to training. I had not know that such high quality training was available, for free 😁. Better than a book and money saving !
I have been using a Bluetooth speaker but will try my headphones.0
