Is this normal?

Was this intestate or a with a will? I posted mine just over 2 weeks ago and haven't received an acknowledgement yet?

Hi, I contacted the help line via webchat and they told me that apparently it takes three to four weeks at the moment before an acknowledgment is sent.

I've just contacted the helpline and was told 4 to 8 weeks!

Yes, I did. It looks like we're going to have to wait at least another couple of weeks. Does your involve a property?

Yes but i don't think it makes a difference what the estate amount / type is.
