Neon reef - android/apple app
Hi
Has anyone been having any issues with their app[s]?
All was working fine, all sections working, etc etc but now gone "backwards" and behaving like it was when I first switched to them - i.e. awaiting switching day with negative dates
Have tried clearing data/cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, tried on apple/android and different phones/tablets. I also reported via the help@neonreef email, and got a reply the next day to say there were no issues their side 
Quite frustrating as the app was more useful and informative than the web portal

Apple app working fine here. Switch timeline pictogram looks fine on my account..certainly not negative dates.0

Hi,
I've got the same problem on my iphone(Software Version 14.4). Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it just shows the switching timeline.
I just used the web login to update my meter readings. App was handy but it's not a big issue.0
