Nationwide delay in defaulting

I had a default notice from Nationwide in May 2014 but a default was not applied until January 2015.  Nationwide agreed to backdate the default to June 2014 and I have this in writing form them.  I have recently checked my credit report and the default shows as being applied in February 2015 (not even January as Nationwide had previously stated). As the default is due to drop off this month should Nationwide still take action to correct this as the default has been showing for 8 months longer than it should have done.
I can offer no resistance, I can offer no respite
Wake me when conflict is over,
I aim for a peaceful life,
Wake me up when the fury is ended
I like living a peaceful life

  • There's little point for a matter of days.
  • Well it was worth complaining to Nationwide. They tell me they will take action to remove the default and will send me £75 for the trouble.
