Morning everyone
I've been into town early as DD picked little one up for nursery so I got a lift in with her. Picked up my prescription from Boots and got a few bits from Home Bargains, including wool for mam. Just phoned Sky to check on progress on dad's new hub and it should be here by Monday - he's had a long week not able to fiddle about on his laptop. Everything takes him so long to do, that it fills his time - I'll have to ring him to do his banking.
Other than that, I need to walk down to M and S to get some bananas for little one, then I'll have a quiet afternoon until she arrives back about 4pm.
Hope everyone has a good day11 -
Still in my pjs - had a lie in after reading until 2.30am.
I felt very down yesterday - lost a close friend on Sunday - only aged 62 - not Covid - he was poorly for quite a while.
Pulled myself together and did some sewing - I fund raise for my local Salvation Army. I love sewing and it usually cheers me up. Got some fabric scraps after making masks for a friend - she supplied the fabric but said to keep leftovers in case I could do something with them. Made some coin purses - attach photos.

Hi everyone, thank you for your kind thoughts and comments, very much appreciated.
Gosh it's wild and windy here. I normally take the longer route to and fro the market on Fridays, but not today - most direct won hands down.
Intending to cook a Salmon curry for this evening, the recipe popped up on Curry Club blog today, I have everything needed and not too onerous, just lots of standing stirring to begin with until the onions and spices are well cooked. Apart from that I intend to delete a load of bookmarks and saved documents from my p.c.Nmlc thanks as ever for the new thread, I hope that the family situation pans out better than expected. AOD I did something similar, but did not dislocate the shoulder a few years ago, I had to wear very roomy tops and cardigans of zip fronted fleeces etc for quite a time. Tru fingers crossed that the jeans are O.K. Gers coffee out and cake making at home sound inviting. Camelot because we stayed at Luss caravan site a few years ago I always take note of your comments about the weather and give OH a bulletin LOL. Deleted_User last week’s shopping contained 2 duplications (my fault) 2 x tomatoes and 2 x tartare sauce! Ruby masses of gentle virtual hugs to you and your poor mother, so hard for you all. Monogran – great thought, I love Hester’s blog. Florenceem what lovely coin purses you have made. Dp1 I love hearing about little one, OH and I really giggled at her sledging expoits. Snoozer what rotten new about Brian’s job, hope he is successful soon. Thinking of Marie and Dumpling
Take care all, don’t get blown away!

Florencem sorry to hear about your friend.
Pretty purses.
I've just made some refried beans for putting in wraps for dinner, OH had to chop the beans and tip them in but I did the rest and it looks disgusting, always does, but tastes nice.
I will get dressed in a day or so but it is the hardest thing.I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back6
