Sainsbury's 30 Second Time Out On 6 Digit Pin??

When I try to sign in to my new 0% Sainsbury's credit card account I have to input a random 3 out of 6 number pin within 30 seconds on my Tablet. The choice of the 6 pin numbers is restricted. 123489 is not allowed.

The 30 seconds can time out before all the required digits have been entered. eg 1st, 4th, and 6th digits of the 6 Digit pin. Which results in being forced to go back and start the signing in process again.

The 30 seconds appears to include page loading, clicking on the "continue" button and onscreen keyboard loading etc.

If anyone else has had problems with "timing out" and found the perfect solution please share.

I find using the slower tablet so much easier than firing up my "space age" high speed computer, mainly used for gaming etc.

I thought it was fairly obvious what op is asking.

The time given to enter the required 3 out of the 6 number PIN is insufficient on a slower device and was asking if others are having the same problem.

it is - now the op has updated the post to add "When I try to sign in to my new 0% Sainsbury's credit card account....."

Not sure what's going on but mine doesn't timeout. Granted I use Face ID but disabling it for PIN still isn't timing out.  

Maybe use the app instead...

I started this at 16:26 so 4 minutes later.
