Matalan online order refund issue

Following an online order (clothes £70+), I needed to return three items that were the wrong size (I have bought 2 sizes of a couple of things) 
I have now received a refund, but only for one of the items, and no mention of the other returned items at all. I am planning to contact them to discuss it tomorrow, but I'm a bit worried because I've just googled reviews and they don't seem to be replying to emails and their telephone customer services is not functioning! Anyone else come across this? Is it just that perhaps they are a bit snowed under due to the circumstances, or are there bigger problems happening?
They were all sent back in the same package, and I completed the enclosed returns information correctly, but now I am wondering, even if I do get through to someone, how can I actually prove I sent back three items and not one? 
Anyone else recently do an online return?

I wish I had thought if that, I did get proof of posting, (it was free delivery but I had to pay for return postage) maybe that has the weight on it, I will check in the morning. 

I called them, and as I had read in recent reviews, they have indeed suspended all telephone customer support. 

Ive emailed them, awaiting a reply. Anyone else come across this problem?
