NEWBIE - Apologies if covered elsewhere - Where to return faulty goods

If covered elsewhere please point in right direction. 
Bought an inflatable hot tub from the range in April 2020 it developed a faulty last month (Jan 2021) still in warranty. The Range says contact manufacturer as guarantee with them, is this correct or can I return it to the range for them to sort out.

  • They're correct if you asked about warranty.  You can exercise your consumer rights with The Range, but that will probably require you to get an independent report.  To exercise your warranty rights, contact the warranty provider,
